Most Reverend Father bishops, Very Reverend Father presbyters, Venerable Father deacons, Laudable monastics, and brothers and sisters of the Universal Church;
God is the Lord and has revealed himself onto us: Blessed is He who comes with the Name of the Lord! (Ps 117:27)
These days there is extreme confusion on legitimacy (church wise) and so forth….most of the focus here pertaining to the subject at hand in the diaspora is on canonical status which has been used as a political tool rather than warrant sanction. The perfect example is the time old accusation of the Orthodox Church in Macedonia which such is fuelled by Greek nationalists because they don’t accept Macedonian independence. Both sides are to blame because the Kingdom of God must NEVER mirror earthly empires – thus both churches are legitimate regardless and must stop the ongoing stupidity amongst each other over two divided nations claiming prestige: canonicity is one thing, schism due to national disagreement is another: infantile behaviour unworthy of ecclesial governance!
More importantly, there are those who have no canonical status who operate as a business under the guise of church - such are run by lay organisations; these cannot be classified as Church for the Church is Christ, his Apostles, their successors, and the entire people of God IN COMMUNION with each other! NO LAY GROUP has the authority to pick, choose, hire, fire, open and close it’s ‘the church building’s” doors to their convenience! The Holy Synod of that particular Church Body is the one who appoints and terminates any activity at any given time within canonical reason!
Furthermore, the ORTHODX CHURCH is one and functions the same in all places with the acceptance of cultural differences and usages. Ceremonies (Divine Services) may vary regarding the previous mentioned realities, but all linages (apostolic succession) follows ecclesial etiquette and dress code! There is NO SUCH THING as mixing of traditions NOR foreign traditions borrowed and implemented! Thus, within our Church, we either follow Byzantine, or other Oriental traditions along with ceremonial clothing (liturgical vestments) THERE IS NO SUCH RULE THAT ALLOWS LATIN USAGE AND VESTMENTS! Either we are ORTHODOX or we are not! These made up or as I classify: half-baked stupidities which have been made up and crept in must be immediately terminated! NO UNIVERSAL COUNCIL HAS ACCEPTED SUCH AND NO CHURCH COUNCIL HAS THE AUTHORITY TOO; SUCH USAGES ARE CANONICALLY FORBIDDEN!
Hence, the ORTHODOX CHURCH IN ITALY has been plagued with a major problem, a secularist who has no accreditation nor authenticity regarding his claims as PRIMATE of the ORTHODOX CHURCH present in Italy! Again, the gentlemen claims to be rightful successor of the ITALIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH…..BUT there is no such thing as NATIONAL CHURCHES however misrepresented this has been. Thus, the CHURCH IS UNIVERSAL – present everywhere and filling all things via the Holy Spirit’s power, with grace! THUS, the correct notion is as follows: THE ORTHODOX CHURCH PRESENT IN: Greece, Italy, Macedonia, Russia, AND SO FORTH!
In addition, the famous, physiatrist, criminologist and writer, ALESSANDRO MELUZZI decided to enter a new phase in his life as most people do by coming back to the Church! The problem is that this secular illusionist who has fooled many publically consecrated himself as: PRIMATE OF THE ITALIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH! I invite sane minds who know how to tell one’s right hand from their left to visit his website: www.chiesaortodossaitaliana.org and just have a look at HIS STAFF which he classifies as SYNOD and observe the way they dress and supposedly conduct service which I can’t as an Apostle classify as DIVINE: CARNIVALE IS TRULY IN SEASON!!!! Yet this fellow has acquired the usage of ROMAN CHURCHES for his CIRCUS…..IT SUPRISES ME THAT ROME WHICH IS SO RIGOROUS COULDN’T REGOGNISE THAT THIS MAN AND HIS COLEGUES ARE NOT ONLY A CIRCUS ACT AND A TOTAL SCAM, BUT A LAME JOKE AND A MAJOR SCANDAL!!!!

Therefore, we will no longer tolerate such stupidity that has verged into heresy and now is totally blasphemous! Hence, it is to be known that the Lord has given power and authority to his Apostles and their successors to bind and loose – which remains In Aeternum! (Mat 18:18) Thus, on this 28th day of the seventh month, within the season of the Apostles Feast in the year of our Lord 2018AD WE the College of Bishops, ANATHMATISE the ever false cleric posing as a bishop: ALESSANDRO MELUZZI and his counterfeit clergy! These have never been gracedwith the laying on of hands via the successors of the Apostles and are declared: spiritually bankrupt! The faithful are to STAY CLEAR OF THESE at all times and open their eyes to demonic delusion! “The spirit of darkness appears as the angel of light!” (2Cor 11;14)
Hence as Exarch of this Land of the Sothern Cross, Archbishop of Melbourne and a brother Apostle within the Holy Synod of the Orthodox Church present in Italy, I formally excommunicate the above mentioned who have rendered serious scandalto the people of God; feeding on the lives of the weak and humble of heart! These wolves is sheep’s clothing (Mat 7:15) are now canonically exposed and expelled from the Church of Jesus Christ our Lord and God who commanded us to safeguard against the assaults of such wolves and other evils! (Jn 10;12)
